I sent my 14 year old son in for a haircut on Monday 4/2 at around 4:30. I normally cut his hair, but recently had carpal tunnel surgery. I sent him to Sport Clips because I am a former employee and recall being very proud to belong to a company that cared about quality. When my son came home, I was more than a little disappointed. His neckline was too long and shaggy and there were missed long pieces. The sides were not well-blended. His cut should have been simple. He asked for a #4 on the sides and back and and inch off the top. I cannot believe that your business had the audacity to charge $22 for an incomplete and terrible job. Your stylists at this location need more training.
